The brainchild of its iconic next-door neighbour Yang Sing Cathay, Wokooshii provides an exciting and unique Asian experience, priding itself on being the only other family-run restaurant within the intu Trafford Centre. Food is prepared from fresh and served with extravagance.
Gerry loves food and he enjoys a challenge! On discovering the delights of Japanese and Korean food, he decided to introduce it to the NW - where it is quite a new and exciting taste. After much research in the Far East (and in London's Korean republic of New Malden!), Wokooshii- the name being a hybrid of 'wok' and the Japanese word for 'delicious' - was born Gerry is a very 'hands on' owner and still works alongside Seyon Kim and Kai You - Wokooshii's talented chefs - to combine the perfect tastes of Japan and Korea for visitors to the Trafford Centre.
